What we collect
When you apply we collect what you type: your name, mobile number, email, the amount you are looking for and what it is for, when you need it, your industry, your monthly revenue, time in business, credit range, and whether you have ever defaulted on a loan. We also record the page you applied from, the advertising parameters in that page's address (such as utm and gclid values), your IP address, your browser, and the text and time of the consent you gave.
How we use it
To review your application, contact you about it, and match it with funding providers who may make you an offer. Checking your options uses a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your credit score. A hard inquiry may happen only after you accept an offer.
Who sees it
It goes to our team and the funding partners who review it for an offer. We share it with up to 3 business funding providers who review it, our own team, our CRM and messaging providers, our marketing and analytics providers, credit bureaus, and as required by law. It may also be included in business contact lists sold later.
